How to use the register

• Browse mandates by sector, or explore the full platform of live requirements.
• Where a mandate genuinely fits your business, note its reference: for example BW000295.
• Write to us in confidence with a brief outline of your business and the reference.
• We review the fit, share a redacted outline with the buyer under a standard confidentiality expectation, and coordinate an initial conversation only where both sides wish to proceed.

What is not published

Your business name, trading identity, financials, staff, clients and location are never published on the register. Your initial enquiry is not listed, indexed or advertised. Nothing is disclosed to a buyer without your explicit written authority.

When the register is the right route

The register is designed for profitable, owner-managed UK businesses where a private conversation with the right buyer is more valuable than a full auction. It is not a substitute for a formal process where one is genuinely warranted, highly strategic, regulated or distressed transactions typically belong with a specialist corporate finance house.

What it costs

There is no charge to an owner for using the register, quoting a reference or receiving a discreet introduction. We are paid by acquirers to publish their mandates on standard terms.
