1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to acquirers (including their representatives) who submit a buyer requirement for inclusion on the BusinessWanted.com register. They sit alongside our general terms of use and our privacy policy.

2. Accuracy of information

You confirm that all information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the acquiring party.

3. Editorial review

BusinessWanted.com reviews every submission before publication. We may approve, request more information, edit for clarity and consistency, or decline any submission at our discretion.

4. Reconfirmation

Listings are periodically reconfirmed to ensure the register reflects active buyer demand. You agree to respond to reconfirmation requests within a reasonable time.

5. Withdrawal

You may withdraw a listing at any time from your dashboard. Withdrawn listings are unpublished but retained in our records.

6. Confidentiality of enquiries

Enquiries received via the register are for your use in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities. You must not share seller-side information beyond your professional advisers without the seller's consent.

7. Prohibited content

Listings must not contain misleading claims, personal data of individuals other than the acquirer's own representative contact, or requirements that would breach applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email of material changes to these listing terms.
