Information obtained through BusinessWanted.com must not be used improperly. You must not use it to bypass the intended introduction process; exploit confidential information for your own benefit outside the intended commercial context; contact users improperly using information obtained through the register; redistribute or circulate register information without permission; use register data to build prospect lists, lead lists or marketing databases; or use the register primarily for intelligence gathering rather than genuine commercial engagement.

You must not misrepresent the role of BusinessWanted.com; imply that any adviser is acting for you unless formally engaged; imply that BusinessWanted.com has endorsed a transaction unless expressly stated; or seek to avoid proper commercial or legal process by misusing an introduction.

We may monitor use of BusinessWanted.com and review submissions, activity and user behaviour for legal, operational, integrity, security and compliance purposes. If we believe this policy has been breached, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including refusing a submission; removing or withholding content; requesting clarification or evidence; restricting access; suspending or terminating access; reporting matters to relevant authorities; preserving evidence; or taking legal action where appropriate.

Use of BusinessWanted.com is conditional and revocable. We may limit, suspend or terminate access at our discretion where we consider this necessary to protect the platform, its users, confidentiality, compliance, legal position, commercial integrity or reputation.
