For intermediaries
Present verified acquirer demand to a client, before a formal process begins.
Corporate finance, accountancy and legal advisers use the register to identify credible acquirer demand aligned with a client's sector, scale, structure and timing.
The register is not a listings platform and does not compete with a formal corporate finance process. It sits earlier in the timeline, during the period when an owner is deciding whether to sell, and an adviser is scoping the realistic acquirer universe before committing to a mandate.
Typical use cases
- Scoping the credible acquirer universe for a client contemplating a discreet exit.
- Cross-checking a private approach against comparable published mandates.
- Identifying trade, search-fund or private-acquirer interest in a sector before drafting a memorandum.
- Presenting an owner with named, verified acquirer demand as part of an initial engagement.
How we handle adviser submissions
Where an adviser represents a mandate directly, we take confirmation of instruction and a named contact before publication. Where an adviser writes to us on behalf of a client considering a sale, the same confidentiality expectations apply as to any owner enquiry.
Working with our team
We are happy to speak with intermediaries at proposal stage or during an active engagement. There is no charge to an adviser for referencing a published mandate on behalf of a client, and no expectation of exclusivity, panel membership or fee-sharing.
